Hi, I'm Carla Miller. I’m a leadership coach who works with female managers and leaders to help them tackle self-doubt.

I totally get what it's like to worry all the time. I used to be a huge worrier! When I was a Director at various charities and then later Managing Director of a recruitment company I looked calm and confident on the outside but I kept myself awake at night worrying.

Through my training as a coach (and then by coaching hundreds of managers and leaders over the past 12 years) I developed some powerful ways to kick my worrying habit. Now if I catch myself worrying I’m able to press the reset button, forget about it and get on with my day.
